It's been a long time since I've updated this page.  I'm currently moving my house but look in the upcoming months for a total site redesign and renewed focus.  I'm looking at doing the graphics side of things a little more and will be starting to shoot again this spring.  I appreciate all your support!

I do have a few shoots I want to put up on here, and I'll get to them soon, as well as add a place where you can buy some of my art and prints...

Love these two so much!  Stephany is into goth/punk/steampunk and wanted edgy photos that reflected that.  Danny is a ninja in his spare time (ssshhh) so getting him to climb a bridge wasn't much of a challenge.  This was one of the most exhaustive shoots I've done, 4 locations, 2 clothing changes, and over 480 photos!  Here are a few highlights! Well these guys have been so patient.  I think they deserve something special... so I made them a few collages as well of their beautiful daughters!  Check later for their family shoot!

Well, there WILL be a total redesign of this site, but until then I will have to keep you up to date as much as possible of what I'm up to! I'm in the process of properly setting up the business and casting the new vision for this company... but meanwhile... I'm in illustrator!

I did a cool header for a great ministry here in Dayton... MarketPlace Ministries. My friend Pastor Robert Lyons asked me to help and I was happy to! I went out and shot a few pictures of downtown Dayton, and customized this to fit their vision and logo.

For the past few months, I've been considering a name change.  I started BlueJean Photography back in 2004 during photography school, and it was a reflection of who I was artistically and personally at the time.  6 years later, it was time for a change.

I'm not that woman anymore.  My vision for my company has changed dramatically, and instead of just wanting to shoot anything, I've become more focused on helping small businesses and ministries get the services they need at a price they can afford.  I love shooting, and doing senior pictures and weddings, but my passion is music, and art.  I'm focusing the photography side of my business to seniors, families, and bands.  My design side is evolving as I learn more and more.

I will still shoot the occasional wedding, but it's not the direction I'm going.  If you want a referral to an incredible wedding photographer, I know a few fantastic ones!

If your a band who needs branded and awesome edgy photos, then posters and print work done, I can do everything from get you in touch with an awesome studio that you can afford, and mastered, graphics work done, and product ordered and delivered.  All you do is write the music, look pretty, and be loud!  I'll take care of the rest!

I am looking forward to the shift in direction, and looking with Foresight into what I know this company will become!

Okay finally got the Voiles shoot edited. Instead of putting a ton of images up here, I thought I'd throw you a slideshow. These guys were great to work with, and I'm working on a photo collage for them as well in time, as well as a custom canvas print! SO much fun!

I have a bunch more to do of these guys, but with the holidays I'm a little behind. So, I thought I'd give you a quick preview...  yes, this is one of my pastors, and his incredible wife!

This week I had the awesome opportunity to create a custom Christmas card for some friends... they loved grinches so I went a bit... "grinchy" with this card, but love it!  Stay tuned for some more awesome shots from their photo shoot!
